چکیده

Unique finer-grained interstitial textures, occurring as small blocks or irregular shapes of 0.15–10 mm, were found merging in the coarse-grained textures Kazakhstan jadeitite. According to mineral content, texture could be classified into two types: Type I, consisting almost all jadeite crystals, minor omphacite, and little analcime, II, comprising mainly omphacite with crystals. They both showed no obvious preferred orientation have distinct boundaries but appear more transparent, finer grain sizes higher degrees idiomorphism. The include granitoid radial clusters. formed by euhedral subhedral prismatic grains usually show rhythmic zoning patterns parallel intergrowths. Furthermore, fluid inclusions contain H2O CH4, it was supposed that precipitation jadeitic fluids. However, perhaps due insufficient supply fluids sufficient space, some interspaces left among coarser-grained Afterward, these filled successor H2O-richer under a different P–T condition from former jadeitite, consequently, kinds formed. Such seem only therefore serve typical visual identification feature

Coarse graining from coarse-grained descriptions.

We present a generalization of Zwanzig's method of projection operators to the case where the underlying dynamics is not deterministic. The method allows us to perform a coarse graining of an already coarse-grained level of description in which fluctuations are important. The initial level of description is described by a Fokker-Planck equation and, under suitable approximations, the final slow...

Non-Asymptotic Analysis of Robust Control from Coarse-Grained Identification

This work explores the trade-off between the number of samples required to accurately build models of dynamical systems and the degradation of performance in various control objectives due to a coarse approximation. In particular, we show that simple models can be easily fit from input/output data and are sufficient for achieving various control objectives. We derive bounds on the number of noi...

High-Resolution Coarse-Grained Modeling Using Oriented Coarse-Grained Sites.

We introduce a method to bring nearly atomistic resolution to coarse-grained models, and we apply the method to proteins. Using a small number of coarse-grained sites (about one per eight atoms) but assigning an independent three-dimensional orientation to each site, we preferentially integrate out stiff degrees of freedom (bond lengths and angles, as well as dihedral angles in rings) that are ...

Coarse Grained Molecular Kinetics

The dynamic behavior of molecules can often be described by Markov processes. From computational molecular simulations one can derive transition rates or transition probabilities between subsets of the discretized conformational space. On the basis of this dynamic information, the spatial subsets are combined into a small number of so-called metastable molecular conformations. This is done by c...

Mapping of Coarse - Grained

We present an environment for connguring and coordinating coarse grained parallel applications on workstation clusters. The environment named CoPA is based on PVM and allows an automatic distribution of functional modules as they occur in typical CAE-applications. By implementing link-based communication on top of PVM, CoPA is able to perform a \post-game" analysis of the communication load bet...
